Where factory-produced alternatives — typically manufactured in China at volume — use thinner-gauge materials and reduced-depth profiles to fit a one-size-fits-all mould, our systems are constructed from heavier-section aluminium extrusion and thicker phenolic ply panelling — delivering a noticeably more rigid, more substantial unit that performs under real working loads. Built in our UK workshop, every system is made to order with the quality and attention to detail that volume production simply can't match. Standard sizes are 1050mm wide by 1450mm long for most vehicles.
